This policy explains how Extem collects, uses, and protects your data when you use this website, in accordance with Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 on Personal Data Protection.
Data we collect
When you contact us we collect: name, email, phone number, project message, and for job applications birth date plus your CV file. Language and theme preferences are stored on your device only. We never collect payment data.
How we use your data
We use your data only to respond to your message or application and to improve our services. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers, and we never use it for another purpose without your consent.
Where your data is stored
Messages are stored on Supabase, CV files in Supabase Storage, and notification emails are sent via Gmail. Data may be processed outside Egypt; by submitting a form you consent to this as permitted by law.
Retention
We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data and to object to its processing. Email info@extem.net and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Center.
Cookies
The site uses only essential storage on your device (language, theme, cookie choice, spam rate-limit). We use no advertising pixels and no analytics trackers.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 18 for job applications; minors may only apply through a parent or guardian where applicable.
